I was quite nervous beforehand, but she made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and at ease throughout the whole appointment. She explained everything clearly, was very professional, and checked in with me regularly to make sure I was okay. The process was much less intimidating than I expected thanks to her friendly and reassuring approach. Have been coming to Claire for treatment for a while. She is very professional but has a very calm friendly demeanour. Above all, the treatment has really got me back on the straight and narrow! Cannot recommend her enough.

Absolutely great, I’ve been getting my lashes done with Martha now for a bit over two years and she really makes me feel so comfortable and confident with them on, I never really realise how much until I took a short break from them.
