I had my first ever Hollywood wax with Kayti, and she was amazing from start to finish. I was quite nervous beforehand, but she made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and at ease throughout the whole appointment. She explained everything clearly, was very professional, and checked in with me regularly to make sure I was okay. The process was much less intimidating than I expected thanks to her friendly and reassuring approach. Jin is a miracle worker! I booked in for an Acne facial. After a holiday my skin was bumpy, painful, clogged, spotty and just needed some TLC. Jin worked her magic and there was steam, massages, masks, toning.... all sorts. When I left an hour later my skin was gorgeous. Smooth, toned, even and looked better than ever.
