Wow! Jacqueline is very skilled and passionate and it showed !! My face looked and felt amazing after my facial. She took the time and personalized it to my. needs, with some extra touches. using techniques and 'magic wands' I'd never experienced. Can't wait to return for more relaxing magic. ~Amber

I visited Ciel Nail Spa Boutique and had a full self-care experience, including a manicure, pedicure, facial, and waxing all done in one visit. Every service was handled with great attention and professionalism. The staff were friendly, careful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout.I was especially impressed by how smooth and relaxing the whole experience felt, even with multiple services at the same time. Everything was clean, well-organized, and high quality. I highly recommend Ciel Salon to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing experience. I will definitely come back.

This was the first time for a Korean Glass Skin Peel, and it won't be the last. This facial is like no other I've experienced. The products used and the manner in which Jake applied the peel were very soothing, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and rejuvenated. Skin brightness and glow are obvious. Will definitely be adding Jake's Korean Glass Peel to my microneedling regime.

Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Lucy is wonderful. She really takes her work seriously and is impeccable with the services she provides me. She’s a very lovely young lady. Annie is super sweet and does my eyebrow wax and tint beautifully! I have been coming to this salon for years and highly recommend Annie Nails!

What a lovely experience! Enjoyed every moment, from the friendly greeting, excellent cappuccino during my treatment, to the services themselves! Alexis was beyond lovely, very attentive and meticulous. My pedicure was relaxing, the brow wax was perfect, and I’m so glad I chose the cat eye manicure!! I highly recommend, and will be back!

This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. Thank you Jaclynn!

I had an amazing experience at this salon! The service was outstanding from start to finish. The attention to detail is amazing.my cuticles were cleaned thoroughly, every nail was perfectly shaped, and they even cleaned underneath my nails. The final result was exactly what I wanted—even better than I imagined. It’s clear this salon takes real pride in their high-quality work and never rushes. The service is worth far more than the prices they charge. Thank you for making my nails look beautiful and special. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

Im going to start off by saying I was hesitant but due for a facial Jaclynn made me feel at ease and her expertise had me walking out glowing , refreshed and revitalized exactly what I wanted and results were instant. I felt it was money worth spent she does an amazing job and is an amazing person . Overall pleased and will definitely be coming back . Thank you for your honesty and for actually giving me results first session .
