Valeriia is an amazing nail tech. I’ve been to all the salons you could think of in Hamilton and her precision and attention to detail is unmatched. I always leave with the most beautiful, flawless hands and toes! I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend. 20/10.

Wow! Jacqueline is very skilled and passionate and it showed !! My face looked and felt amazing after my facial. Phenomenal experience as always! Twinkle ensures my comfort and satisfaction, while giving detailed recommendations. She is so thoughtful and follows up after appointments due to my skin type. This was the first time for a Korean Glass Skin Peel, and it won't be the last. This facial is like no other I've experienced. The products used and the manner in which Jake applied the peel were very soothing, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and rejuvenated. Skin brightness and glow are obvious. Will definitely be adding Jake's Korean Glass Peel to my microneedling regime.

Fantastic lash service at Bee Fab, as always! The owner, Bianca, knows her stuff and does it well. She also goes out of her way to make sure I feel comfortable and relaxed during my appts, which I really appreciate. If you live on the Hamilton mountain, I highly recommend this spa!

Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Lucy is wonderful. She really takes her work seriously and is impeccable with the services she provides me. She’s a very lovely young lady. Annie is super sweet and does my eyebrow wax and tint beautifully! I have been coming to this salon for years and highly recommend Annie Nails!

I had a wonderful facial with Katrina on Friday ! She was not only pleasant , she gave me an excellent treatment , she has great technique and applying creams to one’s face ! Thanks for pampering me with an arm and neck message ! .Katrina was very positive and encouraged me to keep taking care of myself , how important it is to have regular treatment . Thanks Tiffany for blessing me with the under eyes gel pads , so very thoughtful and kind! Will see you both in a couple of months. This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. Thank you Jaclynn!

I am a new client and after a number of treatments, I can honestly say how pleased I am to have found an esthetician that I trust unconditionally. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.

I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

Im going to start off by saying I was hesitant but due for a facial Jaclynn made me feel at ease and her expertise had me walking out glowing , refreshed and revitalized exactly what I wanted and results were instant. I felt it was money worth spent she does an amazing job and is an amazing person . Overall pleased and will definitely be coming back . Thank you for your honesty and for actually giving me results first session .
