The best brow tech I’ve ever had! I got my brows waxed and laminated today and honestly, she was the best so far. Highly recommend Ivy. It’s the only place I will go. Kelly and the girls are very professional and really listens to your needs and knows exactly what treatment is needed. Camelia knew what she was doing and I'm happy with the results (HD brows - $60 because I was a new client). I filled out a form before the appointment but I don't think it was checked beforehand (my appointment was the day after I booked). Since it's my first time getting these services there were things I could have benefited from knowing, such as: come bare faced (no moisturiser or sunscreen), stop acne treatment for a week before coming, don't shave/pluck for as long as possible, etc - but she made it work and I'm glad. At times, the wax was unbearably hot but just let her know.

the makeup was amazing and suited my face and was exactly what i asked for
