Finally got a full body wax done for the 1st time in 6 years! 😃 Couldn't find any vegan options so have been managing on my own. I got, waxing, facial, eyebrows and eyelashes done. I was nervous about the eyelashes as I was trying them for the 1st time but Davina assured me and did a great job. It was a rather long session for the both of us 😅 so Davina got a kiwi 🥝 for me to snack, that was so thoughtful 😌 . My eyebrows look great & the facial made my skin look and feel so smooth and bright. The massage was so relaxing, I obviously dozed off and woke up own snoring! 😂 10/10 for Davina!

It was a great experience, I have received a great facial from Kat and team. It was so relaxing and soothing and my skin felt so soft and supple instantly. Just had my lash extension infills and brow lamination, tint, and wax done and I couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, the whole experience was so comfortable and relaxing. She made me feel completely at ease and really listened to what I wanted, tailoring everything to suit my face and style. Went for toe nails repair then got into waxing and a super relaxing massage with head and face spa. Therapists Lili and Moon were very helpful, patient and caring. Price and time was adequate and they were not in rush. Definitely recommend and will go back.

Don’t live in Sydney but this is the second time I’ve been to Nu lashes she makes you feel comfortable. She very gently when she’s doing your lashes. First time I booked with her my lashes lasted 4weeks..Thats why I had to book second time.. check her out she’s good😊

Camelia knew what she was doing and I'm happy with the results (HD brows - $60 because I was a new client). I filled out a form before the appointment but I don't think it was checked beforehand (my appointment was the day after I booked). Since it's my first time getting these services there were things I could have benefited from knowing, such as: come bare faced (no moisturiser or sunscreen), stop acne treatment for a week before coming, don't shave/pluck for as long as possible, etc - but she made it work and I'm glad. At times, the wax was unbearably hot but just let her know.

They staff was super friendly , very sweet and service so very relaxing , top quality . One of the best massages I have had ever and my face feels so hydrated and soft My only feedback would be it would be a better experience if there was a separate private area then other clients as you hear them talk while relaxing and changing

This was my second time getting the jap hair wash! My hair feels luscious, soft, shiny and smooth! The first time I went was with my mum and it was great! However the second time I went I felt like it was a little too harsh when washing my face , especially when I had lash extensions on. Otherwise it was a great service! Would love to go again , but please be mindful to not rub the eyes too hard!
