I had my facial treatment with Bruna and absolutely loved the experience! From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with such a warm smile and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell she truly loves what she does — she’s so gentle, caring, and attentive to every detail. Throughout the session, she explained everything clearly, which made me feel relaxed and confident. The whole experience was so soothing, the space was calm and cozy, and I left with my skin feeling clean, soft, and glowing.

I had a second hi fu facial treatment, as Aeiofe had got new attachments to use with her hi fu machine to give even better results 😊 I had loved the results so much from the first facial, I couldn't wait to have it again. Nothing is better to lift and firm the face. Great long lasting results comparable to a face lift with no down time or pain💯👍

Perfect experience! I was nervous because I had some bad experiences with previous waxers, but Suzanne managed to make me feel so comfortable and at ease. It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and it was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place if you're nervous or anxious about getting waxed.

Jasmine was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain each step of the process, which helped my daughter feel comfortable. On my first visit to Ouch Waxing Studio, Suzanne made a great impression, she’s clearly very good at what she does, working efficiently while still making the experience comfortable and easy. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. What really stood out, though, was Luna, the concierge, who adds such a warm and thoughtful touch to the visit.
