I always have the best time at Plush Nail Bar. What I found extremely helpful was how Lu kept the place warm and even provided a hot water bottle while I was there doing my lashes. It’s those small things that make one feel taken care of, I would highly recommend.

Ntswaki was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and at easy for my first time ever waxing. The service from the moment I stepped in till I left was 10/10. Although I had a skin reaction a few hours later. A burning sensation. Today while taking a shower I noticed a very thin skin layer came off by my butt crack area. I applied Vaseline to stop it from getting dry. But it was a great first time experience.
