Booked a last minute appointment with Melissa after not being able to get a waxing appointment at my usual salon, and I'm so pleased I did. Melissa was really friendly, professional throughout, and regularly checked on my comfort during the bikini wax. Had my usual appointment with Rosie, another great job on my nails & toes. Historically I have visited various salons in both Sunderland & Newcastle & have to say the experience I have had since coming to Dolled Up has been by far the best. The atmosphere is friendly & relaxed & all staff make you feel very welcome, I would definitely recommend this salon, their range of treatments & pricing is very competitive.

I had my wax done by Jess and couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was so friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. First time visiting to see Toni, however I do use the salon (Leigh) for my hair also and very happy. Booked a leg wax with Toni. She was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. Very pleased with the results. Will definitely be back for further waxes and probably facials too. 100% recommend this salon both hair and beauty

Rachel is amazing! She always listens to what I want and somehow makes it even better. Her curling skills are incredible—my hair always looks effortlessly styled and the curls last for days. She also does a fantastic eyebrow wax—quick, precise, and painless. On top of all that, she’s warm, friendly, and makes every visit a joy. Highly recommend!

First visit to Mode and OMG what a wonderful treatment I had, will definitely be back for more. Everything was explained before starting treatment and throughout, nice relaxing music. Treatment was Dermaplaning which included neck, shoulders and arm massage. Left so relaxed and refreshed.
