My appointment went really smooth and I would recommend any newcomers to the city (like me) who is trying to find a comfortable place to get their waxing done. Please try waxing at Beauty Refinery! Staff were amazing, friendly and care about their clients. This was my first Hollywood wax here and the lady waxing me really helped me and told me when to breathe in/out and advised me on the best wax so that the experience could be as painless as possible for a Hollywood wax. Definitely going back and 100% reccomend

As a regular customer for 7 years I would not use anywhere else for waxing, I have received treatment from pretty much every member of the team at some point and results are always great. Very friendly and clean salon, recommend highly x

First time visiting Shaz Hair & Beauty today, I booked in for a dry trim with Shazia and my whole experience was amazing. Shazia is really friendly and welcoming, it can be daunting going to a new hairdressers but she made me feel so comfortable. The salon was clean and tidy. Shazia trimmed my hair, thinned it out and even gave me a bit of shaping on the front and I could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and she’s really good at it! My hair is beautiful, I feel fantastic and that is all thanks to Shazia! 100% would recommend, I will definitely be back!
