Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had my first experience with waxing and gel nails at Lotus today. The entire process was fantastic, the staff were welcoming, the salon was clean and airy, and the treatments were delivered to a high standard.
