Emma is amazing. She is my go to for waxing and nails. I went for a full leg and bikini waxing today. Emma seeks the best wax for her customers and takes her time. She is impeccable and incredibly professional. The salon is wonderful, calming and absolutely spotless. I would recommend anyone to emma She is super skilled in so many treatments. I’ve been coming to this beauty salon for my eyebrow threading and waxing for a while now, and they never disappoint. The staff are quick, precise, and always make the experience comfortable. My brows come out perfectly shaped every time, and the service is consistently reliable. Highly recommend!

After lots of research on local nail techs I went to Emma in Jan 24 to see what she could do with my short and bitten nails ready for my wedding in June. She was so helpful, friendly and informative and we spent the following few months building my nails up with BIAB. She also spent that time shaping and tinting my brows. I get married on Saturday and my nails are now beautifully long and strong with a perfect and elegant French manicure. My brows are also perfect and have really opened up my eyes. I really couldn’t recommend Emma enough & I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each visit thank you so much x

I went today to get Hollywood wax and under arm wax. Sanaz, my server, was really good and gentle. My appointment went really smooth and I would recommend any newcomers to the city (like me) who is trying to find a comfortable place to get their waxing done. Please try waxing at Beauty Refinery! The team is amazing and super friendly!

I had my first experience with waxing and gel nails at Lotus today. The entire process was fantastic, the staff were welcoming, the salon was clean and airy, and the treatments were delivered to a high standard. I had Hollywood waxing for the first time, and the beautician explained the process and used breathing techniques to reduce my anxiety and discomfort, which worked very well. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
