I had a trigger point massage this morning to help with my migraines, and it really made a difference. The massage itself was focused but not too intense, and I could feel the knots easing up. Always feel as though you have had a good ‘going over’ and all ‘knots’ sorted following a back and neck massage. Kerry is very experienced and good, but, is unfortunately moving on to another beauty salon. A loss to the salon.
