It’s my first time having waxing done in years! Robyn put me at ease straight away, she’s so down to earth and lovely. It wasn’t as painful as I thought, and to be honest we was chatting thorough so I think that definitely helped! Robyn is very fast too so you don’t realise either. My first time visiting Beauty Spot. My son had bought me a voucher for my 60th birthday. I booked in for a relaxing & destress massage. Lina was fabulous, made me feel very relaxed. The massage is the best one yet. I feel really relaxed. It consisted of full body massage followed my head massage. Loved it, I will be going back. I'd recommend the Beauty Spot, very friendly staff. I was a bit anxious as I am 36 weeks pregnant, but Kirsty made me feel so at ease and comfortable the whole time. The wax was done to a really high standard, she’s a perfectionist and made sure there was not a single hair left! :) will definitely be visiting again

Kirsty was amazing. I went at 36 weeks pregnant and she made me feel really comfortable. It's always painful to get waxed but she was really good and it was no where near as painful as other places I've been. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back.

Went for back wax as you enter the poulour the calming atmosphere is upon you then you greeted by a member of staff with a polite quiet hello your given the time to give your reason for your visit then your asked if you would like a warm drink coffee or tea your visit through out is professional and detailed perfectly really is a great experience great value and appreciated

Sally is great, and delivered a pretty much painless Brazilian strip wax - I think due to her experience and skill. And a great eyelash tint. I would highly recommend.
