Amazing! Ally made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. She asked me questions about my health and any body pain. The room was gorgeous and very calming. I had the back neck and shoulder massage and also the hot stone massage which felt unreal! I’ll definitely be coming back x

The pressure is firm but never too much, and I always leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and completely refreshed. It’s one of the few things that truly helps with my stubborn tightness. I can’t recommend it enough—this is hands down the best way to reset after a tough week!

I had a trigger point massage this morning to help with my migraines, and it really made a difference. The massage itself was focused but not too intense, and I could feel the knots easing up. By the time I left, I felt a lot less tension in my head and shoulders, and my head felt clearer. If you get migraines or have a lot of muscle tension, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try. It was super helpful!

My massage with Laura yesterday was absolutely divine! I felt like a new woman after!! Laura is the loviest lady, so down to earth, she makes you feel extremely comfortable and is amazing at her job! I’ll be back for a deep tissue next time, I cannot wait!
