Fell in love with the space once i stepped in. The environment is clean and very ig worthy and the service here is great as well. Did head spa and facial with them and I had a very good and relaxing sleep especially during the head spa treatment. I'll definitely be back again

I found cloud9 through tiktok and lemon8, and seen lots of review that they never hardsell their packages (which I value it a lot). Jia Xuen explained any skin concerns that I had patiently and recommended me the different kinds of facials that I should go for without any pressure. Also, through this experience, I decided to try their back acne and underarm brightening treatments. I could see my skin has improved, and definitely recommend cloud9 to anyone who wants to go for facials and treatments 👍🏻
