That means no touching your newly waxed skin, staying out of standing water (baths and pools; showers are fine) for 24-48 hours after your treatment, no touching your newly waxed skin, and avoiding heat and sweat (so no full-on exercise, no saunas, and no tanning beds) for 24 hours after your wax.
