I had my very first Brazilian honey wax session with Shermin, and it was such a positive experience! As a first-timer, I was naturally nervous, but Shermin immediately put me at ease with her warm, professional demeanor. She explained the process clearly, checked in with me throughout, and made sure I was comfortable at every step. The honey wax felt gentle and Shermin’s technique was both efficient and meticulous. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the results were, with minimal discomfort. Her attention to detail and calming presence truly made the whole experience stress-free.

It was my 1st time doing Brazilian waxing after 15 years. And I must say the pain was tolerable and Sharifah kept me going through conversations and she was very thorough. She didn’t rush nor do large strips. I will 100% recommend The Organic Room !!!

Kelly and Winnie uphold high level of professionalism. They provided thorough explanations regarding both pricing and services. This shop offers a comprehensive range of services, including manicures, pedicures, eyebrow embroidery, eyelash extensions, and hair removal. Scheduling an appointment was a very smooth process, either on Fresha or direct WhatsApp. I am thankful to the ladies for their excellent service.

I’ve been coming to this salon for over 6 years now, and I can confidently say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my self-care routine. I did SHR (Super Hair Removal) for my whole body, and the results have been amazing — smooth, lasting, and virtually painless. A special shoutout to Renee, who has been taking care of me all these years. She’s professional, meticulous, and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Her attention to detail and warm personality truly make every session enjoyable.. Thank you!
