Lois was lovely and professional. She made sure I was very comfortable and did a thorough massage that put me to sleep several times haha. I especially enjoyed the facial and head massage - it was so relaxing and made my skin feel so smooth and moisturised. She was kind enough to offer sweets, tea and water after my massage - completed the appointment for me. I went home feeling lighter and more relaxed. It was a lovely experience and I would definitely go again when I visit ChristChurch.

So happy with my eyebrows and upper lip! The shape is perfect and the finish is so neat and smooth. You were so gentle and professional — such a relaxing experience.
