Awesome customer care by Radhika, perfect lash lift tint, lash and brow tint. Combination waxing and threading leaves skin soft and smooth and my skin soaks up the aloe vera finish - I always request a cubicle treatment as enjoy the privacy, the meditation music helps me remain relaxed for the 1 plus hour these treatments require- Highly reccomend a treatment with Radhika 🌺

I’ve been coming to see Meg for a few months now, her lash lift is the best I’ve had to date. Her waxing is impeccable, I have blonde hair and so many people have missed patches in the past but not once has this been an issue since seeing Meg.

Simran is awesome as always. She so effortlessly did my waxing without any pain. Pallavi did my express facial and gave me a really amazing massage. She is definitely good at this. I’m so relaxed after the facial. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I am getting a root touch up with the BEST Senior Hairstylist EVER "Pam" The salon atmosphere, experience, and staff are awesome! I am always greeted with a smile and made to feel so welcome, I never have to think about what I need as Pam always knows exactly what needs doing. Holly did a fabulous pedicure and was friendly and pleasant. I was surprised that the owner of the salon never acknowledged me (as a new client I thought she would’ve). Holly had to interrupt my pedicure to sort the music, because the owner asked her to. No complaints about Holly’s service at all but think the owner could be more welcoming and more professional.

Elegant Beauty always has such friendly professional staff. Whoever picks their staff does a great job. I usually go to Northlands but today I saw Rudhika at The Palms. Had an amazing experience at the salon! Got hair keratin and waxing done — super professional and the results were perfect. My hair feels so smooth and shiny, and the waxing was quick and clean. Highly recommend!
