I had a Hollywood wax with Lucy and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly gentle, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. I was a bit nervous beforehand, but Lucy made sure I never felt self-conscious and talked me through the process calmly and kindly. The results were smooth and thorough, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again

Been going to Zoe for 2 and a half years now and honestly at this point it’s less "treat yourself" and more "monthly maintenance for survival." I still go every single month like clockwork because she’s absolutely fab at what she does - calming vibes, SOOO relaxing, and somehow always fixes whatever chaos I’ve managed to create in my shoulders. I go in resembling a stressed-out question mark and leave feeling like a functional human again. 10/10, would continue indefinitely (she’s not getting rid of me at this point anyway).

So happy my brows look perfect today with Emily after me tint and wax. My skin had a little reaction to the lamination patch test, which is a shame as her work looks so good! Precious really took the time to listen and accommodate my needs, making the whole waxing session much more comfortable than I ever expected. What I thought would be a painful experience turned out to be surprisingly easy to get through, thanks to her gentle approach. I found Precious' shop through Google and I am so glad I did! She is one of the only places in Rugby that actually threads and she did an amazing job! I also got a wax service done from her as well and again, loved the results. Precious is kind and professional and made sure the results were to my liking. Would recommend!

I had an excellent dermaplane facial with Emily. She adapted the treatment to suit my skin's specific needs, making the whole experience incredibly relaxing. My skin looked brighter and felt so smooth afterwards. Emily was great and made me feel completely at ease. I would highly recommend her!
