Maddi is welcoming on arrival. Prompt with her appointment times. Friendly and puts you at ease throughout the treatment sessions. Explains in full details what the treatment entails. Asks her clients if they are comfortable and if I have any questions at all. Maddi is professional in what she does. Make bookings in advance to avoid disappointments. Maddi asks if you prefer to chat during the sessions or tranquil sessions I prefer tranquil sessions with EMS. Maddi can catch up on her admin.

With Maddi, not only does she go more than the xtra mile, she makes you feel valued, listens & understands what your requirements are, is able to ensure that you get all the best of the massages that the body needs. Those tough knots, the pain, that area which is sore and uncomfortable, are all professionaly seen to and one gets to know that one's I'm safe, reliable and caring hands. Half a dozen sessions in two months and honestly, I'd highly recommend MM.

Absolutely amazing service! Gosia is incredibly professional, welcoming, and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. The space is always spotless and relaxing, and she takes her time to ensure everything is done perfectly. You can really tell she takes pride in her work, the results are always super smooth and long-lasting. I’ve been to a few places before, but nothing compares to her level of care and attention to detail. Highly recommend to anyone for top quality waxing and great vibes!

maddi was great, i went for a pregnancy massage she explained things she couldn’t and could do that were safe definitely helping me feel reassured. i was comfortable and relaxed the whole time and left feeling completely refreshed. i will definitely be back for other treatments after my baby is born, thank you x
