It had been a while since my last visit to Becky, but as always, she was absolutely lovely and welcoming. This was my first time getting a bikini line wax, so I was a bit nervous going in — but Becky immediately put me at ease. She was so reassuring, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. It was nowhere near as bad as I had imagined! Becky made the experience comfortable and smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back — highly recommend her to anyone considering their first wax or just looking for a friendly and skilled therapist!

Maddi is welcoming on arrival. Prompt with her appointment times. Friendly and puts you at ease throughout the treatment sessions. Explains in full details what the treatment entails. Asks her clients if they are comfortable and if I have any questions at all. Maddi is professional in what she does. Make bookings in advance to avoid disappointments. Maddi asks if you prefer to chat during the sessions or tranquil sessions I prefer tranquil sessions with EMS. Maddi can catch up on her admin.

An excellent full body massage in a peaceful environment with a background of relaxing therapy music. Really appreciated Becky’s expertise and natural ability to treat back and legs also focusing on areas where muscles have been feeling rather tight and uncomfortable. There those who do their jobs & if lucky, with the customer being satisfied for value given. There others who go the extra mile. With Maddi, not only does she go more than the xtra mile, she makes you feel valued, listens & understands what your requirements are, is able to ensure that you get all the best of the massages that the body needs. Those tough knots, the pain, that area which is sore and uncomfortable, are all professionaly seen to and one gets to know that one's I'm safe, reliable and caring hands. Half a dozen sessions in two months and honestly, I'd highly recommend MM.

Becky is so warm and welcoming and I can honestly say I have had two full body massages and both have been incredible. I enjoy a good massage and go to lots of spas and I can honestly say hers is right up there. So relaxing but with the right amount of pressure to undo knots and tension. I really like the fact she can ancient throughout and says it’s for you to truly relax and not feel like you have to make co variation. I felt that once I know that I can truly shutoff and enjoy the treatment. Really happy and the price is inline with what other salons would charge.

My treatment was great, the only annoyance was I booked this appointment in November, the appointment was changed by the salon in January to a date that did not suit so I changed it to early Saturday. This was then changed due to staff unavailability to an afternoon appointment. This in turn led to all car parks and high street parking areas being full. I had to park some distance away and walk in heavy rain. I know these things are unavoidable at times but I booked my original date as I was off work that day

What a wonderful young lady! I booked in for a full body massage, dermaplane and facial. Maddi immediately put me at easy by explaining each treatment and their respective benefits. Maddi was conscientious and very knowledgable. The treatments themselves were amazing and it was clear Maddi is very experienced. I was offered refreshments throughout and Maddi continued to check in with me to make sure I was comfortable. I have already booked back in and won’t be going elsewhere. Thanks again Maddi!

I’ve had a headache for three weeks because of neck/shoulder tension .. during a 45min massage, Rasa found the spot and worked on it - she’s amazing! I feel so relaxed and headache-free! Also had an eyebrow wax - it’s exactly what I asked for.
