Maddi is welcoming on arrival. Prompt with her appointment times. Friendly and puts you at ease throughout the treatment sessions. Explains in full details what the treatment entails. Asks her clients if they are comfortable and if I have any questions at all. Maddi is professional in what she does. Make bookings in advance to avoid disappointments. Maddi asks if you prefer to chat during the sessions or tranquil sessions I prefer tranquil sessions with EMS. Maddi can catch up on her admin.

Got my waxing done by Jaspreet and very happy with the results. She is amazing, professional and friendly. Also got my full face done by Sabira and my skin feels so smooth. Highly recommend.

I recently had my first microneedling treatment and honestly had a really positive experience. I was a little nervous beforehand, but everything was explained clearly and I felt completely comfortable throughout the appointment. The treatment itself was much more manageable than I expected, and the aftercare advice was detailed and reassuring.

There those who do their jobs & if lucky, with the customer being satisfied for value given. There others who go the extra mile. With Maddi, not only does she go more than the xtra mile, she makes you feel valued, listens & understands what your requirements are, is able to ensure that you get all the best of the massages that the body needs. Those tough knots, the pain, that area which is sore and uncomfortable, are all professionaly seen to and one gets to know that one's I'm safe, reliable and caring hands. Half a dozen sessions in two months and honestly, I'd highly recommend MM.

Monique was extremely professional from consultation to completion. She asked loads of questions regarding my skin and thoroughly explained the procedures and the processes as she went along, advising me what she was doing and on completing, recommending the steps I should take moving forward. She was very gentle yet thorough and particular with her technique. I was so relaxed and calm because of her approach. I trusted her . with my skin . My experience was wow. I love the ambiance of the place and her energy. She start by talking me through everything that was going to happen step by step. I was happy with the colour and the process. She is well experienced in what she does, which put me at ease. I would Highly recommend booking with her for any treatment. I recently had the most relaxing Indian head ritual by the lovely Laura. It started with a beautiful back neck and shoulder massage, followed by a gorgeous face and scalp massage. Overall an excellent experience! Sabira's facial, waxing and eyebrows are the most relaxing and so well done. Marianne's luxury mani pedi is the cherry on top!!

My facial at The Glow Sanctuary was amazing! My skin already looks sooo much better. The congestion on my forehead is clearing up, and I’ve been getting so many compliments since the facial. Such a lovely experience I can’t wait to come back!
