This is my second time having my gel nails done with Victoria and again she understands exactly what I am looking for and has great suggestions even down to the shape of my nails to best display the nail art design. I also had a full leg wax. Victoria is so efficient in this respect too. So pleased with my visit. Will be returning soon.

Really lovely environment. Very soothing and relaxing. The therapist couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. So much so that I had extra treatments on the day added! Very impressed with the waxing products. The therapist had a gentle way about her and it was pain-free. A great all-round experience. Looking forward to my new go-to salon for pampering. Thank you!

I felt relaxed the moment i walked in the door, a lovely warm room full of plants and lamps, so calming and welcoming....the massage was lovely, and a very generous discount for carers too which was so much appreciated as things at home have been very challenging lately and my experience at tranquility really helped me at a time i desperately needed it, i will definitely book again!! Today I had an excellent full body massage. I’d never had one before and felt a little self conscious but Sarah explained it really well before the treatment, made sure I was OK with everything she was going to do and said I could omit anything I wasn’t comfortable with. This really put me at ease. The massage didn’t feel exposing at all. It was very relaxing but I also felt invigorated and energised afterwards. I had less pain and my mood improved. Sarah was brilliant and checked I was OK throughout the therapy. Thank you for a really amazing experience - I’ll definitely book this again!

I’ve booked often for massage and it’s an AMAZING experience She is so nice and great at everything she does and has helped me through a lot with my pain I’ve never felt more comfortable than i do in her presence.She is so understanding and focused in making sure im relaxed. It’s a professional service in a lovely salon. The waxing was fairly quick, we had a good chat in the meantime that didn’t effect the duration of the treatment. Clean, tidy environment with well equipped facilities. I’m very happy and will be back. Definitely recommend 👍
