Billie is absolutely fantastic. It was my first time getting my brows and lashes done and Billie was so kind, patient and reassuring. She explained to me what she was doing throughout and made me feel so relaxed. I am SO pleased with my brows and lashes, she did a brilliant job and they look amazing! The fact that Lynn isn't fully booked surprised me as she is amazing. I booked a 45 minute massage that lasted an hour (again)! You'd think being in town and so close to the main road that the traffic would disturb you but you can't hear it. Going to tranquility is unlike the corporate massage you get at places like bannatynes. Instead you are greeted with a calm space filled with plants and crystals. I am looking forward to going back as this massage has added at least an inch to my height!! Thank you lynn!!

Really lovely environment. Very soothing and relaxing. The therapist couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. So much so that I had extra treatments on the day added! Very impressed with the waxing products. The therapist had a gentle way about her and it was pain-free. A great all-round experience. Looking forward to my new go-to salon for pampering. Thank you!
