I tried something new, which I really struggle with. But with Imogen, all that anxiety melts away. She did an incredible, flawless job that totally changed how I looked. I had my usual wax and facial but this time went head first into a Korean lash lift, It looked AMAZING!!! and the oil she recommended kept my lashes healthy, thick and lifted for longer!!! I can tell you with absolute confidence she is the best person for the job, she is absolutely magical and you will not regret it!!!!! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

Jodie was fantastic! It was my first time getting some waxing done and Jodie made the whole experience relaxing which helped me with my nerves. And also was super efficient with painting nails afterwards and did a beautiful job with both treatments. I'll definitely be back again and would recommend ✨

The whole salon has such a warm welcoming atmosphere, I love coming to see Maisie to get my eyelashes and brows done! Nothings too much (even if I am a wuss with the waxing🙈)

We have had the most amazing Chis-tingle pamper at The Northern Beauty house. We began with a lovely jasmine tea in our cosy robes & then a luxury leg and foot scrub and massage. Was then wrapped up on the beds with heated blankets all toasty & warm & had the most amazing facial including arms, neck & upper body massage. And then to top it off we turned over for shoulder and neck massage including the most tingling relaxing head massage. My mum was so impressed by Jade and could feel every sensation. After we was treated to a lovely hot chocolate.So lovely, professional and down to earth 🤍

I must admit I was very nervous before my appointment silly really as Shannon has waxed & tinted my brows for ages & I completely trust her, but having now had Brow lamination & Hybrid tint I absolutely love my brows, if your thinking about it just do it! Shannon explains everything she’s about to do and I was so relaxed having them done I almost fell asleep!! (Until the waxing!) thank you Shannon

Love my eyebrows. Up to a couple of months ago, I daren’t pluck up courage to go, as I didn’t want to have big bold brows. Maisie is so reassuring, with style and colour, just for me. I look forward to going each time now.

My first time having my brows done with Talia. She's Brow Artist of the Year 2026 for a reason!! She really knows her stuff and genuinely cares and takes pride in her work. I couldn't believe how methodical she was and she really strived to get my brows perfect, despite me having an awkward scar on my eyebrow to contend with! Talia is a perfectionist and my HD brows are the most symmetrical they've ever looked. Delighted with the results - already booked in two future appointments with her 🙏🏼
