I have been to Imogen around 6 times now. I originally went for a Full Body Massage as my shoulders and back was really tensed up and had knots. The first massage was quiet Intense as there was alot of work for her to do. But she recommended for me to come for regular 30min just back massage to keep ontop of it. So I have. But also in the meantime I hurt my back in 4 places from lifting incorrectly so then she had to work on that. My back has improved so much and feels so much better now. Imogen is a very knowledgeable Therapist. Amazing at massage and such a lovely person and welcoming.

An extra gold star should be added I thought I was going to melt today but Imogen had it all set up for perfect conditions the air con the room temp the less layered blanket I felt really at ease she had prepared everything perfect for her client I could have stopped in their all day but what can I say from start to finish full intensity no short cuts but when I think she’s done on an area she goes back over I am like wow but Imogen has helped kept my feet in good working order also fantastic for mental health she’s a great listener . Highly recommend

Jodie was fantastic! It was my first time getting some waxing done and Jodie made the whole experience relaxing which helped me with my nerves. And also was super efficient with painting nails afterwards and did a beautiful job with both treatments. I'll definitely be back again and would recommend ✨

The whole salon has such a warm welcoming atmosphere, I love coming to see Maisie to get my eyelashes and brows done! Nothings too much (even if I am a wuss with the waxing🙈)

We have had the most amazing Chis-tingle pamper at The Northern Beauty house. We began with a lovely jasmine tea in our cosy robes & then a luxury leg and foot scrub and massage. Was then wrapped up on the beds with heated blankets all toasty & warm & had the most amazing facial including arms, neck & upper body massage. And then to top it off we turned over for shoulder and neck massage including the most tingling relaxing head massage. My mum was so impressed by Jade and could feel every sensation. After we was treated to a lovely hot chocolate.So lovely, professional and down to earth 🤍

I must admit I was very nervous before my appointment silly really as Shannon has waxed & tinted my brows for ages & I completely trust her, but having now had Brow lamination & Hybrid tint I absolutely love my brows, if your thinking about it just do it! Shannon explains everything she’s about to do and I was so relaxed having them done I almost fell asleep!! (Until the waxing!) thank you Shannon
