If I could give 11/10 I would. Lauren is not only a true professional but she is friendly, caring, attentive & Always goes above and beyond. She makes me feel safe, always ensuring I have the full information regarding any procedures to help me make an informed choice. Her prices are reasonable and she is just amazing. I would always go to her place for beauty treatments and I can't recommend her any higher than I do. If your local to Epworth or even if you're not, seriously give her a try because I guarantee, you won't go anywhere else once you have experienced Lauren Jay Beauty & Aesthetics.

It was my first visit today and found Paula to be lovely. I really enjoyed my pedicure as Paula was very mindful that I had difficulty lifting my legs up. I have made my next appointment and looking forward to going.

Paula is very professional and always works hard to ensure her clients have a fabulous experience. She has always been honest and straight with me, advising me the best way to go and charging accordingly. Eg sometimes I only need half an eyebrow wax so that’s what I get and what she charges me for.

Had my nail done for the first ever time and also a half hour facial, again my first. Amazing experience. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends. Can't fault Katie at all.

I’ve just had the most amazing Deluxe Dermaplane Facial with Rebecca, and I can’t recommend it enough! The whole experience was so relaxing from start to finish, and my skin feels incredibly soft, smooth, and refreshed. It smells divine! I have been visiting the wax place for many years. As a waxer myself it’s hard to find someone to trust but I would not go anywhere else! Lianne, Lea & Jen all wax me and all make me feel extremely comfortable and the area is very welcoming and properly clean. The products used are extremely kind to the skin too!
