I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

Just had my monthly facial . I recently had Covid and my skin wasn’t feeling great . Katie soon had it feeling tip top again . Also had eyebrow tint and waxing lovely treatment. Always a great experience at The Elms .

Really relaxed environment, great massage, thoughtful person. Great price. Just could have done with the room being warmer.

As always Katie is amazing. After my operation she looked after me and told me what was best to use instead of my normal treatment thanks Katie. 💕

So today was full leg wax, V mould and Swedish massage. Once again Gemma worked miracles, finding and releasing knots and tightness with the massage that I never knew existed. Waxing is never ‘pleasurable’ but Gemma is brilliant at making it as comfortable as possible. Highly professional whilst making you feel at ease at all times. Highly recommended

Gemma was fantastic as always. Full leg wax, v mould and full body massage. Waxing is never high on the list of ‘fun’ things to do but Gemma always makes it as pleasurable an experience as possible by making sure you’re comfortable and at ease all the way through the process. Massage was brilliant. Gemma was able to release several tension knots, constantly checking that everything was fine and I left feeling absolutely amazing. So pleased I found Gemma and have no hesitation in recommending her 🌟

Amazing as always, the most comfortable waxing experience !

Regular full leg & v mould wax which Gemma, as always, ensures is as comfortable and relaxed as possible. This was followed by a full body hot stone massage. Gemma constantly checks that the pressure is right on each area and this will definitely be added to my regular visits. Lastly was an express facial and dermaplane. I can honestly say that I left feeling totally refreshed and can’t recommend Gemma highly enough
