Lovely relaxing atmosphere . Janine was really friendly and accommodating and explained every step of the treatment. 100% happy with the results. I have been to several places for my treatment in the past but this is definitely my new go to place. Already booked in for other treatments.I would highly recommend any one planning on having any beauty treatments done to go to J9 .x

Been coming here for a couple of mths now and must say its the best clinic I've ever used. Feel at ease and pleased with all the treatments I've had so far. Jess is so helpful too, not just with the treatment but so informative about everything I have done explaining every fine detail and recommendation of creams to use going forward. I have been going to Paula for 40+years, having had facials, waxing, nails, pedicures, massage and would not go anywhere else. Paula has always been very professional and understanding of my needs. Always answered my questions if I've any concerns about my skin. Always feel very pampered and come out looking and feeling much better. Always have a laugh and a chat. Would highly recommend Paula for her amazing treatments and knowledge.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The amazing Deluxe Dermaplane + Microneedling Facial today!! I had my dermaplane and microneedling facial today, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Nadia is fantastic From start to finish, everything was so professional, relaxing, and incredibly effective immediately 🫶🏼 The dermaplaning left my skin feeling *buttery smooth* and refreshed INSTANTLY — all that dull, dead skin and peach fuzz gone ! It was desperately needed 🤣 Then came the microneedling, which I absolutely LOVE as part of my facials. My skin is so hydrated & glowing ❤️ Thankyou

I went to Gemma again today to try her Sea Magik Ocean Glow Facial. It was absolutely amazing! She constantly made sure everything was okay for me and I loved every minute. My skin feels great and I felt so relaxed afterwards. I’ve been going to Gemma for nearly a year for other treatments and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s amazing at what she does and is such a kind soul. Would recommend any treatment of hers to anyone❤️

I attended today, for a consultation. I have never been to this salon before, but as soon as I walked through the door, Ewelina put me at ease straight away. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of my questions and explained the procedure in great detail, including aftercare advice. The salon is lovely and Ewelina offers a wide variety of treatments. I would highly recommend this salon and I can’t wait to come back, to get the treatment done!

Visited Paula today for a facial tailored to my skin type. As usual it was a wonderful relaxing experience. Paula never fails to impress me. She is extremely professional whilst also being warm and welcoming. Can highly recommend Paula. Visit often and have never been disappointed.

OMG! Fell asleep during this appointment!! 🤣 Had 2 of the new facials today, the Hydra boost refresher facial & the Gua Sha mineral eye lift facial & I have never been so relaxed both during & after having a facial before. The products smelt gorgeous & my skin feels amazing. The neck, shoulder & arm/hand massage is a nice extra touch too. Saw a friend about an hour after my appointment & she commented on how good my skin looked & how refreshed I looked. Will definitely be booking these again. Thanks Gemma x
