Best waxer in Birmingham! Danielle is so lovely and does an excellent job with the waxing. She is a perfectionist and my wax is virtually pain free. My hair growth has significantly reduced and my skin is super soft for weeks. I highly recommend her to everyone who needs waxing services.

I had my first intimate wax with Charnel and honestly, I couldn’t recommend her more. I went in not knowing her at all, and by the end of the appointment it genuinely felt like we’d been friends for years. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable from start to finish, And the biggest surprise… it was practically painless!!! I didn’t believe the reviews before I went, but now I completely get it. Charnel is such a professional – this is exactly how waxing should be done. So lovely, so reassuring, and amazing at what she does. I won’t be going anywhere else! Xx

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Chanel was GREAT!!! She was welcoming, approachable and made the atmosphere very comfortable during the service. I loved how she is confident and loving her job-which made the waxing experience perfect! No doubt she is my new fav waxer in Birmingham🥰 Hundred percent recommend to anyone who wants to have a perfect and hygienic waxer!

Honestly not much pain very easy lady was lovely and checked up on me often to make sure the wax wasn’t too much for me she even asked if I needed to pause , the wax results are gorgeous I feel so smooth and I was well taken care of thank you deffo coming back every time

I had an incredible experience at Arivon Aesthetics! From the moment I walked in, the space felt warm, clean, and calming exactly what you want before a wax. I booked a full Hollywood wax, and it was honestly the most comfortable and professional service I’ve ever had. Danielle was amazing super friendly, skilled, and talked me through every step to make sure I felt relaxed and informed. The waxing itself was quick, precise, and way less painful than I expected. ✨ Five Stars for the Best Bikini Wax Experience Ever! ✨ I never thought I’d laugh through a bikini wax, but Charnel made it happen. From the moment I walked in, she radiated warmth and professionalism, instantly putting me at ease. What could’ve been awkward turned into a genuinely fun, practically painless experience. I left smooth and smiling!

Really good service. Olena is really nice and make you feel comfortable in every aspects. I went for a hot wax (bikini and legs) and the results were amazing. Totally reccomend it, and surely will go back myself when needed!

Had Hollywood wax and full legs , service was really good. Sukhi is lovely and amazing at her job best waxing !

Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. Nian is an amazing technician and considers nail shape and colour match to complexion. The wedding nails were amazing and I got a lot of compliments. Lasted really well. Definitely recommend the hot wax hand and foot treatment. Always a warm welcome. Salon is well managed and clean. All equipment is sterilised and client’s wellbeing prioritised. Lovely pedi by the fabulous Harpreet too. Highly recommend.

This is my second time visiting and again it was an amazing experience! I have always been looking for a good hot wax place in Birmingham so I’m glad I’ve found Arivon! Danielle always takes her time to ensure everywhere is properly waxed, asks if I’m happy with what she’s done and explains what she is about to do. Also the background music is amazing lol. Overall 10/10
