I was treated with such kindness and respect during my consultation with Zara (and Abbie). My Neurodivergence was completely catered for, and I was given full control and choice over what I wanted to do. The staff are so knowledgeable and reassuring. The salon is absolutely beautiful, clean and has a friendly, family feel atmosphere. I am so looking forward to my extensions being fitted!

I was booked in with keeleigh for a balyage, toner and cut & style, a long job. Being 34 weeks pregnant I was expecting it to be uncomfortable but keeleigh was so attentive throughout my time, she moved me to the most accessible spot for toilet access, sorted out the air con, kept me refreshed throughout, even handed me a handheld fan and let me have plenty of breaks to stretch my legs. She is so lovely and I felt really at ease there all the way through. Unfortunately my hair didn't take to the toner so I wasn't 100% with the result but she offered to fix it another time for me. Thank you!

I always get my Hollywood wax done with Gina who is just simply the best. So warm and friendly and just makes the whole experience so smooth and relaxing. I’ve asked previously on a number of occasions for advice around aftercare and she has always taken the time to share her expertise professionally and answer all questions that I have asked. I wouldn’t book my wax with anyone else!
