I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

I have been here for eyebrows waxed, eyelash lift and dye pedicure, and nails every time I have an awesome experience quality personal service Emma doesn’t rush she takes her time and perfects her service I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! We have been visiting Emma for waxing for years. Myself for eyebrows and my husband for eyebrows and nose. Always a great and professional service.

Great chatty beautician which made the waxing much more bearable. Clearly explained what products would be using and paused when needed during treatment. Went above and beyond to ensure no products contained anything I was allergic to. Excellent service
