The booking system on Dawn’s website is very easy to use and I was able to pick a prompt time slot at my convenience. On arrival (parking on the forecourt), Dawn directed me to her salon which was calm and tranquil. She explained the procedure to me before she began and invited me to relax on her toning table. I was having my chest waxed which Dawn completed in good time while keeping me occupied with cheery conversation, always keeping me aware of what she was doing. This was my first waxing and I will certainly visit again. Recommend.

I had a lovely experience with Dawn for my waxing and head spa treatment. She is such a warm and calming person, which really helped as it was my first time having these treatments done. I happily became a regular user (basically addicted) to the Hollywood wax by Dawn. She is so confident in her job that I could easily fall asleep while she is waxing me. No pain at all, no stress, clean and sorted for weeks. I cannot recommend enough. 10/10

Started a little later due to unforeseen circumstances but apologised and more than made up for it. Claire was very welcoming and personable we had a good chat when she could get a word in lol.. She also, did more than I'd booked in for and very happy with the results. Will definately go back again.

Lovely set up. I had a cartilage piercing and it was great.

Amazing experience with Claire from start to finish having my daughter’s ears pierced. She really took the time to make sure everything was exactly right and made both myself and my daughter feel very comfortable and special. Thank you so much 10/10 😊
