I had a head and face massage as part of a yoga and wellbeing retreat day. It was amazing- very relaxing and revitalising. I went to Carole with a terrible shoulder ache ( muscle and tendon tear) as a supplementary therapy along with my physio sessions. Carole did a session of reflexology and holistic massage for me. I have come back feeling so much better after her sessions and have been able to sleep without pain. Absolutely love the atmosphere at Touching lives and the positive energy. Thank you Carole.

We had a couples massage with Carole and her colleague. The treatment was so relaxing and one of the best massages I’ve had. The hot tub after was a lovely treat. Today I had the most amazing treatment with a new therapist to the Riverside rooms called Susi … I was warmly welcomed at the entrance to The Riverside Rooms and taken by the Therapist into the cosy Log Cabin .. she had prepared the room beautifully with a heated massage couch and warm towels … after a brief consultation, we decided the best treatment plan was a combination of therapeutic and relaxing massage, combined with shiatsu techniques and some lymphatic drainage on my face - WOW - if you are reading this review you just have to experience it!!!

We had a lovely couple spa and hot tub session. Our massages were so wonderful. We both felt so relaxed and revived. Carol is. Welcoming host and really does her best so you have a great experience. The hot tub was wonderful and the sun came out. We loved it and will Come back. Thanks.
