I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

Always an amazing experience at Serenity and Soul. Gemma somehow makes the waxing process quick, easy and as painless and enjoyable as possible. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a good chat to distract you from focusing on the wax. Highly reccomend 🫶

I have been going to Paula for 40+years, having had facials, waxing, nails, pedicures, massage and would not go anywhere else. Paula has always been very professional and understanding of my needs.
