I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

I recently had my first ever wax with Gemma, and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the start, and was just as chatty as I am, which really helped ease any nerves I had. Gemma was incredibly professional but still down-to-earth, creating such a relaxed atmosphere. I also took advantage of an amazing package deal, which made the whole experience even better. Always answered my questions if I've any concerns about my skin. Always feel very pampered and come out looking and feeling much better. Always have a laugh and a chat. Today I have had my eyebrows waxed & tinted and electrolysis. I am very happy with my treatments. I have been going g to Paula for over 20 years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. 🙂

Paula is very professional and always works hard to ensure her clients have a fabulous experience. She has always been honest and straight with me, advising me the best way to go and charging accordingly. Eg sometimes I only need half an eyebrow wax so that’s what I get and what she charges me for.
