Had the most relaxing aromatherapy massage! Alikia is very good at helping you to choose which essential oils you need for your treatment. It was like floating on a sea of bliss! The feeling lasted for a few days too! I highly recommend you try her aromatherapy massage, you will not regret it!! 10 ⭐️ from me!!

Massage could be rated as "the best" ever had. Evironment rustique and very spiritual. Just what i was looking for. Then the therapý was very professionnal, ciblé, and just perfect for the pain i exprerienced prior to the session. Will do a repeat surely.

A lovely relaxing facial. The room was nice & warm & calm. Maddy is welcoming & will chat if you wish but is happy with no chat too. I definitely drifted to sleep a few times during the hour which is really unusual for me. I’ve got another facial booked in at the end of the month. Would recommend 100% xx

Always an amazing experience at Serenity and Soul. Gemma somehow makes the waxing process quick, easy and as painless and enjoyable as possible. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a good chat to distract you from focusing on the wax. Highly reccomend 🫶

I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

Great salon experience, I had a manicure, pedicure and facial, I left feeling so relaxed!!

I recently had my first ever wax with Gemma, and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the start, and was just as chatty as I am, which really helped ease any nerves I had. Gemma was incredibly professional but still down-to-earth, creating such a relaxed atmosphere. I also took advantage of an amazing package deal, which made the whole experience even better.
