Fab, love coming here for my face waxing, everyone is really friendly and chatty, the wax they use on the face is brilliant and keeps my skin super smooth and soft and doesn’t irritate like traditional waxing.

Absolutely 5 stars! I had a half leg & bikini wax with Sammie and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through the process, answering all my questions with confidence and care. Sammie is also so friendly and easy to chat with, which made the appointment fly by. The wax itself was much less painful than I anticipated, and the results were super smooth. I’ll definitely be returning—highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and pleasant waxing experience!

I booked the 10-in-1 pamper package with Pin and it was simply phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and every treatment flowed seamlessly into the next. Each step felt intentional and indulgent, from soothing massages to a glowing facial, leaving me completely relaxed and refreshed. Pin was attentive, tailoring the experience to my needs with genuine care. By the end, I felt renewed inside and out. Truly the ultimate pampering experience—I can’t recommend it enough!

What a lovely experience, Pin is so great as a person, and a pro at her job! Such a fab little room with soothing sounds and lights. Very much a cosy vibe! The Thai compress massage is such a good alternative if you fancy something slightly different than hot stones. Im sure I will be back again very soon 👍

This was my first visit to MiaBella and definitely not my last. Sammie is so warm and bubbly – she instantly put me at ease before my waxing and made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxed. The salon itself is beautiful – an oasis of calm and tranquility, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel you’ve stepped away from the outside world.

What can I say. I went to see Pin with a very tight back and shoulders and the weight of the world on my shoulders. What a lovely environment Pin house. Absolutely perfect massage. Feel so much better body and mind.

I recently had a waxing appointment at Serenity for the first time. Lois was absolutely brilliant. I wasn’t really looking forward to the ordeal of the appointment but she was absolutely fantastic.
