Today I had the Timeless Glow facial with Jo. She was very professional and went through all the pre treatment checks and told me what to expect during the treatment. Once the treatment had started Jo informed me at every stage what she was doing and how it would benefit my skin, Jo also explained about the aftercare that I needed to do. The treatment lasted about an hour and at the end of it my face felt super clean and soft. I would definitely recommend this to others and look forward to having it done again.

Absolutely 5 stars! I had a half leg & bikini wax with Sammie and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through the process, answering all my questions with confidence and care. Sammie is also so friendly and easy to chat with, which made the appointment fly by. The wax itself was much less painful than I anticipated, and the results were super smooth. Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different!
