I had an incredible experience at Arivon Aesthetics! From the moment I walked in, the space felt warm, clean, and calming exactly what you want before a wax. I booked a full Hollywood wax, and it was honestly the most comfortable and professional service I’ve ever had. Danielle was amazing super friendly, skilled, and talked me through every step to make sure I felt relaxed and informed. The waxing itself was quick, precise, and way less painful than I expected. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
