I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. As always Harps is very good at what she does. I’ve been getting full body waxes from her since last year and she’s the least painful waxed I’ve had but also the most affective. Harps has also been very informative during my pregnancy and helped me to understand my hair growth and helped me sort a new routine for my waxes during pregnancy. Not only are harps’ waxes good but I had a pedicure today which almost put me to sleep it felt so comforting. My feet feel brand new which is saying a lot as my feet were very dry and hard.

First visit to Essence and Co for appointment for eyebrow styling (reshaping waxing), of rather bushy brows!. Met the lovely Maya who is welcoming, friendly and puts you immediately at ease. The appointment is in a private studio with a relaxed discussion about what I want to achieve style wise, measurements taken and professional advise given about what will work and look good, and a long term plan for reshaping. So happy with the results! Will definitely rebook for regular appointments :)
