I had micro-needling with Mel, this was something I’d been excited about for a long time. Mel explained the procedure, steamed and cleansed my skin, took a moisture reading and then commenced micro-needling. I won’t say it’s pleasant a bit like the pain from waxing so totally manageable. Once completed Mel applied and collagen mask, used red & blue light therapy gave and gave me a head and neck massage (def my favourite part). Finished with guidance on how to care for my skin after the treatment and a moisture test again. 2 days on, my pores are definitely smaller and ill be back for more

First visit to Essence and Co for appointment for eyebrow styling (reshaping waxing), of rather bushy brows!. Met the lovely Maya who is welcoming, friendly and puts you immediately at ease. The appointment is in a private studio with a relaxed discussion about what I want to achieve style wise, measurements taken and professional advise given about what will work and look good, and a long term plan for reshaping. So happy with the results! Will definitely rebook for regular appointments :)

Chanel was GREAT!!! She was welcoming, approachable and made the atmosphere very comfortable during the service. I loved how she is confident and loving her job-which made the waxing experience perfect! I’ve been going to Loveleen since 2020, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my waxing. From the very beginning, her professionalism, skill, and welcoming personality have stood out. She always makes me feel comfortable and at ease, which is so important. Her technique is gentle yet thorough, and the results are always flawless. Over the years, her consistency has been incredible every appointment feels just as good as the first, if not better. She’s attentive, friendly, and genuinely cares about her clients, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Fantastic as usual, I have been coming to Maya for years. Her skill and attention to detail is great, she even mixed a nail gel to match my lipstick! Had a beautiful manicure and pedicure and now I feel holiday ready.

10/10 Charnel is so patient, friendly and works to perfection! I've been for waxes in various other places and felt like waxing wasn't for me (boarderline traumatised). At seasonal glow it's a totally different experience. In all honesty I sometimes forget I'm having a wax. My bikini line is so much lighter now that I don't have to resort to shaving. Thank you so much !! Highly recommended x
