Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I booked a mani and pedi and to say the least went in feeling drab and left with not just my nails looking fabulous but overall uplifted with the whole amazing ambiance and the staff are very professional and welcoming … definitely my fav nail spot in Leicester .

Really friendly and chatty but as we were talking I hadn't realised that I'd paid for full leg including bikini and the lady only waxed my legs, no bikini line so felt a bit like I'd paid for part of a service that I hadn't received and therefore was a bit disappointed and felt it was a bit expensive as a result. The service was great in salon and during treatment apart from that.

The Hollywood wax was equally impressive. The treatment was carried out with such care and attention, making me feel completely comfortable throughout. It was quick, thorough, and as painless as possible, with excellent hygiene standards and professionalism. The therapist was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. I had my first experience with waxing and gel nails at Lotus today. The entire process was fantastic, the staff were welcoming, the salon was clean and airy, and the treatments were delivered to a high standard. I had Hollywood waxing for the first time, and the beautician explained the process and used breathing techniques to reduce my anxiety and discomfort, which worked very well. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
