As a regular customer for 7 years I would not use anywhere else for waxing, I have received treatment from pretty much every member of the team at some point and results are always great. Very friendly and clean salon, recommend highly x

I have visited this salon two times and had a very positive experience! The staff there are polite, friendly and Janvi made my nails look incredible with a BIAB gel, they look natural and feel strong. Thank you! I will be returning again :)

I went today to get Hollywood wax and under arm wax. Sanaz, my server, was really good and gentle. My appointment went really smooth and I would recommend any newcomers to the city (like me) who is trying to find a comfortable place to get their waxing done. Please try waxing at Beauty Refinery! The team is amazing and super friendly!

Relaxing and uplifting microdermabrasion facial, leaves a great glow! It’s always a pleasure to visit Sam’s warm and welcoming salon.

Excellent eyebrow and waxing service! The staff was professional, meticulous, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. My eyebrows were shaped perfectly, and the waxing was quick and as painless as possible. The salon was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. I had my appointment with Chloe this is my 3rd visit I never asked for any particular therapist but have always had Chloe and she is brilliant. She’s chatty, an expert at doing Biab nails and a true professional and I’ve been extremely happy with every visit I would highly recommend the salon for Biab nails and especially Chloe.

The salon is immaculate and Sam is always welcoming, professional and friendly. It’s always a treat to come here! It’s the best salon by far in Leicester! Even better than the big names like Clarins.

I came in straight from London needing a refresh, and Lotus Salon was perfect! It was right around the corner from my accommodation, and the women were so lovely, welcoming, and accommodating. My gel manicure was flawless—super clean with a smooth removal—and my brows and upper lip threading were done with great precision. All of this for only £43—such amazing value! They’ve just opened, so if you’re in the area, definitely support these wonderful women and their small business. I’ll be back for sure! Thank you so much!
