I went today to get Hollywood wax and under arm wax. Sanaz, my server, was really good and gentle. My appointment went really smooth and I would recommend any newcomers to the city (like me) who is trying to find a comfortable place to get their waxing done. Please try waxing at Beauty Refinery! Staff were amazing, friendly and care about their clients. This was my first Hollywood wax here and the lady waxing me really helped me and told me when to breathe in/out and advised me on the best wax so that the experience could be as painless as possible for a Hollywood wax. Definitely going back and 100% reccomend

My daughter had a waxing session with Alisha and as a 13 year old she is very self conscious but she said Alisha made her feel at ease and comfortable. The waxing was done with ease and left no marks and was done quite quickly. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again. Thank you Alisha x

The entire process was fantastic, the staff were welcoming, the salon was clean and airy, and the treatments were delivered to a high standard. I had Hollywood waxing for the first time, and the beautician explained the process and used breathing techniques to reduce my anxiety and discomfort, which worked very well. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
