Catherine did an amazing job on my hair! It was my first time having her do my highlights, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She was so attentive throughout the whole appointment, checking in regularly and taking the time to really understand what I wanted. She also made some great suggestions about brightening my look, and it was clear how much care and attention to detail she put into every step of the process. I had balayage by Cleo back in May 25 and went to get a freshen up cut and blow dry - it looks as good as new with no additional colour! Absolutely love the result and looks so much healthier than before without having to cut too much off. Cleo is also very welcoming and very tentative - thank you! Will definitely be returning again
