Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. It was lovely, Autumn did a great job she was so kind and friendly she made my granddaughter feel at ease because it was her first time having her hair cut short and she loved it. She did my hair so nice I'm really happy with it well done Autumn i definitely will come again when I'm down there.
