I always love the whole experience. The changing rooms , showers and all products are high quality. Today I enjoyed 3 mins at -120C and 30 mins sauna. I’m enjoying the afterglow now.

Incredible service and my hair feels amazing! The treatment was much better than other salons I have been to, he paid attention to my hair condition and advised me what to do. I would highly recommend this salon!

Helpful and friendly team, fantastic Cryotherapy facilities, and a great physiotherapist. I have a knee injury which brought me to Cryo - and am hugely enjoying the experience. The infrared sauna is also very good.

staff are incredibly nice and friendly. rooms are spacious, clean and tidy after every use. definitely a top spot for recovery.

Thank you Golda for making my hair looking amazing! She helped pick the perfect colour to compliment my skin tone after listening patiently to what general style I wanted. The hair treatment and scalp spa was so relaxing, my hair feels a lot healthier. Great styling + service + environment.

I did 4 different experiences here and they were all great. (Red Light Therapy, Full Body Cryotherapy, Cryo Facial, and Infared Sauna. The staff is very caring and professional, and all of the equipments are quite new and up to date. I would definitely like to keep coming here and the prices are quite reasonable.

Nice hair colour done and great service

Cryo Hong Kong has really impressed me and stepped up the game of health and wellness facilities in Hong Kong. The facilities are beautiful - clean, aesthetically pleasing and with ample shower and change facilities all with the little touches like change of clothes, hair dryer, face and body products. The receptions ladies are very friendly, very knowledgeable of each service and are able to confidently answer all questions in relation to health and personalisation of services. I have tried the red light therapy, cryotherapy, infrared sauna and leg compression with immediate results.

I am very impressed on the quality this salon has to offer ! This is the only Japanese Hair salon that I experienced with the scalp check and the anti-aging head spa. The head spa is very relaxing ! Mr.Ash is very open to listen to what my hair problems are and what I really want my hair to achieve. He pays close attention to details. E.g. He could quickly analyse the problem and advised what treatments I needed for today’s session. All these being said, I think I found a perfect salon that could fulfill my need! I highly recommend this hair quest salon ! 10 score out of 10 👍👍👍

Billy the hair dresser is highly talented hair stylist, who has always made my hair look and feel amazing. I also regularly go for other services such as massages or facials with their lovely Nepalese staff.
