I always love the whole experience. The changing rooms , showers and all products are high quality. Today I enjoyed 3 mins at -120C and 30 mins sauna. I’m enjoying the afterglow now.

I had such a lovely experience with Jennifer today. Great chat whilst i got my most painless Hollywood wax to date. A lovely little private and quiet spa!! 10/10 recommend.

I really liked the atmosphere. Ice baths were perfect temperature. Personally I prefer the Sauna closer to 90 degrees on top shelf. But a very good relaxing retreat in the middle of central.

As painless as can be for a bikini wax. Jennifer was lovely and wax was done very well. Would 100% recommend!

Helpful and friendly team, fantastic Cryotherapy facilities, and a great physiotherapist. I have a knee injury which brought me to Cryo - and am hugely enjoying the experience. The infrared sauna is also very good.

I’ve visited many times already, and it’s still just as comfortable. It feels like a private space—really relaxing and enjoyable. Atsushi is still very attentive in his explanations, and the hairstyle is great. I’ll definitely come again.

staff are incredibly nice and friendly. rooms are spacious, clean and tidy after every use. definitely a top spot for recovery.
