I always love the whole experience. The changing rooms , showers and all products are high quality. Today I enjoyed 3 mins at -120C and 30 mins sauna. I’m enjoying the afterglow now.

I’m so happy with today’s color! Ash is amazing, so patient applying the bleach and all the gradation colors, so that there’s depth and tone in my hair color! I just gave him a picture of the hairstyle in a magazine and my hair turns out the same way!!! He is so skillful!

Such a gem in the heart of central. The sauna heat is on point (according to the team, the wood has been stabilized since opening a week or so ago and now back at optimal temp) so sweating for 10 min and cold plunging into the individual tub are easy and fast. Plus the ambience 😍

Helpful and friendly team, fantastic Cryotherapy facilities, and a great physiotherapist. I have a knee injury which brought me to Cryo - and am hugely enjoying the experience. The infrared sauna is also very good.

I really liked the atmosphere. Ice baths were perfect temperature. Personally I prefer the Sauna closer to 90 degrees on top shelf. But a very good relaxing retreat in the middle of central.

staff are incredibly nice and friendly. rooms are spacious, clean and tidy after every use. definitely a top spot for recovery.

As painless as can be for a bikini wax. Jennifer was lovely and wax was done very well. Would 100% recommend!
