I was pleasantly surprised to find Beautybox in Fortress Hill. So happy! Have usually gone to a popular place along the mid-levels escalator route but it’s a bit of a track and heading to Central is a pain these days. More importantly, at Beautybox you do not have to contend with the continuous, loud chit-chat and banter of staff member at the more busy nail places in Central! Beautybox is clean, bright, and has high ceilings. Coco is very pleasant, not loud or too chatty. Very respectful of your quiet time and that the whole experience of your self-care should be a pleasant one.

Joe listened attentively and also asked various questions to find out what I wanted. And then made suggestions that aligned with what I wanted. He explained everything from pricing to procedure, and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. This was my first visit, I was also pleasantly surprised by the lovely salon with big windows and plenty of natural light. I am definitely coming back for future haircuts/ perms with Joe! Thank you also to the young lady who washed my hair, I did not catch her name. All staff were warm and friendly,I can feel them smiling behind their masks!

Just had another amazing appointment with Erin! She's a dab hand at creating short, breezy cuts, and this time round, she convinced me to go for a beautiful grayish blue color that's subtle yet still impactful (and very winter-appropriate). I've been going to the salon for close on two years and have had consistently positive experiences with Erin, whose always able to come up with hairdos that strike the balance between feminine and edgy. Recommend.
